The Ruger Hawkeye FTW Hunter is a rugged bolt action rifle built around a controlled-round-feed system and chambered in 7mm PRC. Its 24-inch cold hammer-forged stainless barrel is threaded 5/8x24 for compatible muzzle devices and suppressors. The HS Precision tan and black speckled synthetic stock provides a stable, weather-resistant platform, while the one-piece stainless steel bolt supports smooth and reliable operation. A three-position manual safety allows the bolt to be locked or the rifle to be loaded and unloaded with the safety engaged. The hinged solid-steel floorplate and flush trigger-guard latch make unloading straightforward without cycling each cartridge.
