The SIG Sauer P229 is a compact double-action pistol with an alloy frame, this one chambered in .40 S&W with a 3.9-inch barrel and serial AM123760. It is modern production with a Nitron finish, front and rear night sights, a manual decocker and an accessory rail. The bore is excellent. The finish shows moderate marks throughout, and the supplier grades overall condition very good. Two extra magazines and the original case are included, SKU L2026-05806.

This is a working carry and home-defense pistol for a Texas owner. Night sights and a decocker suit a gun that lives in a holster or a nightstand, the rail takes a light, and the compact frame hides under a shirt better than a full-size pistol. Three magazines in total mean spares for practice. Buying it involves no permit, registration or state wait, only the dealer transfer.
