A Colt Single Action Army from the pre-war years, serial 345123, made in 1923 with a 4.785-inch barrel. Although the listing title says 45 LC, the detailed description gives the chambering as 38-40, and buyers should confirm the marking on the barrel before purchase. The supplier describes it as a very fine example, keeping nearly all of its original blue with the original case colors largely intact.

The grips also rate excellent, which is rare on a Colt of this period that has not been refinished. That combination of high original blue and strong case colors is what pre-war Single Action collectors in Texas look for, and the short barrel length is the one most often seen on guns that were actually carried. It is a cabinet piece first; the condition is too good to spend on routine range use.
