A vintage Beretta 950 BS Minx in .22 Short, serial BER35781T, with a 2.4-inch barrel. The Minx is a small pocket pistol whose barrel tips up to load a round directly into the chamber. The bore is excellent, the gun shows light wear, and the supplier rates it very good overall.

The tip-up barrel is the reason these pistols appeal: a Texas owner who struggles to rack a slide can load and clear the chamber without doing so. In .22 Short it is a pocket gun for a walk or a second gun to back up something larger, and it is cheap and quiet enough to shoot often at the range. Light wear on a pistol of this age suggests it has been carried a little and shot a little, which is what they were made for.
