This is a miniature of the Colt Walker, which the supplier believes was made by the U.S. Historical Society. The cylinder shows light flaking, and the rest of the piece is rated excellent. It is catalogued under Colt guns as SKU C13091 and sold used. No scale, box or paperwork is mentioned, so the photographs are the reference for size and finish.

A miniature Walker is a desk or cabinet piece for a Texas Colt enthusiast who wants the lines of the big revolver in a small footprint without the storage demands of a full-size antique. The attribution to the U.S. Historical Society is given as probable rather than certain, so weigh it accordingly. The light flaking on the cylinder is the only noted flaw, and it can be left as is or kept in mind if you intend to pair the miniature with a documented example.
